Shipping
We ship to Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Jordan.
Shipping is free on every order. All duties, taxes and customs fees are already included in the price, so there is nothing extra to pay when your order arrives.
- Delivery time: 5–12 business days from your order
- Included: preparation, quality check, packaging and shipping
Your order is shipped from our fulfilment partner’s international warehouse. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during holidays, peak seasons or customs delays. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number.
Please make sure your address is complete and correct. A valid phone number is required, as carriers and customs may need to contact you for delivery.
Returns and Refunds
Every piece is sealed and packed as a gift. For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind — including earrings once opened.
We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund if:
- Your order arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days of shipping
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. You won’t need to send the item back unless we ask you to. We’ll reply within 3 business days.
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Items bought on sale or with a discount code are covered by the same policy.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn’t been prepared for shipping. Cancelled orders are refunded in full to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we are unable to verify the order. If this happens, we’ll let you know by email and refund you in full.
