By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Using our website

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account details secure.

Our products

We describe every piece as accurately as we can, including its materials, on each product page. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and measurements are approximate.

Moissanite used in our pieces is laboratory-created. It is a gemstone in its own right and is not a diamond.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on our website and may be shown in other currencies for convenience. Your card is charged in the currency shown at checkout, and your bank may apply its own exchange fees.

Payments are processed securely by our licensed payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

After you place an order, we’ll send you an order confirmation email. This confirms that we’ve received your order, not that it has been accepted. Your order is accepted when we ship it.

We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund.

Shipping, returns and cancellations

Shipping is free, and all duties and taxes are included in the price. Full details on delivery times, returns, refunds and cancellations are on our Shipping, Returns & Cancellations page.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — including our name, logo, text, images and designs — belongs to Pella Dreams or its licensors. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and any disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Jordan.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.

Contact us

Email: info@pelladreams.com
WhatsApp: +962 77 913 9746
Pella Dreams, Jordan

Last updated: September 2026 Who we are Pella Dreams is an online store at pelladreams.com, operated by Husam…

["post-5934","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry
["GET
